Airports Council International (ACI) is the only global trade representative of the world’s airports. Established in 1991, ACI represents airports’ interests with governments and international organizations, develops standards, policies and recommended practices for airports, and it provides information and training opportunities to raise the standards around the world.

WELCOME TO ACI-AFRICAACI-Africa is an association of Africa’s airports. It has 50 members operating 250 airports in 47 countries throughout the continent.ACI has 580 members who operate more than 1,647 airports in 175 countries and territories. In 2006, ACI members handled 4.4 billion passengers, 85.6 million metric tonnes of freight, and 72.2 million aircraft movements.As of January 2014, ACI accounts for 591 regular members operating 1,861 airports in 177 countries. In 2013, airports worldwide welcomed 5.95 billion arriving and departing passengers and handled 93.6 million metric tonnes of cargo and 79.6 million aircraft movements.

Council International, the only global association of airport operators. Based in Brussels, Belgium, ACI EUROPE represents close to 500 airports in 45 European countries, accounting for over 90% of commercial air traffic in Europe.

Airports Council International (ACI) announced the appointment of Martine Ohayon as Director Communications and Events, effective 7 October. She will be based at ACI World in Montreal, Canada. International-North America is the leading business association for U.S. and Canadian airports, with 243 operator members that enplane nearly all airline traffic in North America.
