Panera bread apple fuji salad recipe

Very similar to the AMAZING Panera salad recipe. Combination of a few recipes found online. Apple Chicken Salad is one of favorite salads, especially this time of year. Unfortunately the nearest Panera Bread is about 20 minutes from my house.

I tried several of these similar recipes for the fuji apple salad dressing before I realized that the dressing is not a vinaigrette. It's actually not like any other salad dressing recipe I could find.
